The Westminster boys tennis team delivered a strong performance at the Metro League Tennis Tournament, held April 13–14, 2026, with matches played at both the Westminster and MICDS courts. Competing across eight singles flights and six doubles flights, the Wildcats showcased their depth and consistency, finishing third overall in the team standings.

Westminster produced several standout individual finishes across the singles bracket. In the First Flight, senior Noah Suthar battled his way to a second-place finish, while junior Bryce Mullen and senior Stavros Afentoullis also reached their respective finals, each finishing second in the Seventh and Eighth Flights.

The Wildcats also saw multiple players earn podium finishes throughout the singles competition. Senior Owen Legters placed third in the Second Flight, while junior Henry Schloss, freshman Parker Breithaupt, senior Krew Collison, and sophomore Sam Bedenbaugh each finished third in their respective flights.

Westminster continued its steady play in the doubles competition, earning several top finishes. The First Doubles team of Suthar and Legters secured third place, while the pair of Schloss and Breithaupt finished third in Second Doubles. Additional third-place finishes came from Bedenbaugh and Afentoullis in Third Doubles, Collison and junior Jack Stewart in Fourth Doubles, and Mullen and junior Caleb Pederson in Fifth Doubles. The Sixth Doubles team of Maxx Boheim and Bennett Mueller added to the team score with a fourth-place finish.

With strong performances across nearly every flight, the Wildcats demonstrated both depth and competitiveness throughout the two-day event. The third-place team finish reflects a balanced effort from seniors, underclassmen, and first-year players alike as Westminster continues its strong spring season.
